RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

  • According to Lithuanian laws, return IS NOT POSSIBLE for underwear and items which were made by customer’s personal measurements, or custom made items.
  • We do, however, offer to take a store credit for the amount of the unsatisfied item, that was paid at the time of purchase.

It is possible to change unused item, in the original condition that was sent to you (unworn and with no signs of wearing: no make-up, fake tan, deodorant stains and scents) with similar items of different measurements, shapes, colors or patterns available at the time in sellers assortment. If there is a price difference when changing things, the buyer must pay the seller the recalculated price. If the seller does not have a suitable replacement items, the buyer, that received item by post, or at the sellers studio – should fill out free form, with a statement why the items are not what she or he expected, and preferably  within 1 business day of receiving the goods, return the item with included form immediately to our address and receive the paid price of the purchased item. We are responsible to pay postage and duties (if any) for returns and exchanges.

According to EU regulations you can return the received items within 14 days, however we prefer for our costumers to start the return of the items that is not satisfying within 1 business day. 

What are the conditions of return?

  • We are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Please make your return or exchange via FLIPO platform

Money return

  • When we receive the item and successfully check that it is in original condition as stated above your refund will be returned in the same way you made payment i.e. Paypal or VISA card.The refund may up to 14 days from the date it was received and checked, depending on the systems and the banks.

How long does it take to send the order?

  • Our clothes are made by your measurements. Therefore, sewing usually takes up to 10 working days (3 weeks in summer season).
    If you want to get it faster, you can choose as an option FAST MANUFACTURING. Then we are committed to sew your purchased item in 5 business days. Please contact us if you have a deadline!

Is there a possibility to collect the purchase by myself?

  • Yes, you can collect your order at our studio – Šnipiškių str. 2, Vilnius.

Do you ship your production worldwide?

Yes, we ship our production all over the world.

How do I track my order?

When your item will be sent we will send you your package code with the website where you can track it.

How long will the delivery take?

How should I clean the dress?

We recommend dry-cleaning for all MULTI products, but it can be washed by hands in warm water. If there are any wrinkles you can iron it on medium temperature. Steaming is also an option especially if there are some slight wrinkles.

How should I measure myself?

Waist: measure the thinnest part of your waist

Length: measure it from the waist line to your preferred length. (If you want floor length dress and you are planning to wear high heels – do not forget to add the height of the heels).

How should I choose the size?

If you measure your waist and it is in between sizes (for example 73cm) we recommend to size it up (till 75cm) since all the dresses can be tightened when wrapping bands.

Is it possible to wear a bra with a multiway dress?

Yes it is. You just need to choose a certain wrapping style. Also you can choose a bandeau top, which comes in the same colors as the dresses. It provides more coverage and gives you additional comfort.

What is the difference between less open and more open bands?

More open bands are sewn one next to the other. Less open bands goes one onto another.

When it is recommended to order dresses for bridesmaids?

We recommend ordering 2-3 months before the wedding.

What is wrap-over dress?

A wrap-over dress is a dress with a front closure formed by wrapping one side across the other, and knotting the attached ties that wrap around the back at the waist. This forms a V-shaped neckline and hugs the wearer’s curves.

How should I clean?
